Role Overview:


- Plan, design, and execute Below-The-Line marketing activities to strengthen customer engagement and brand visibility


- Drive on-ground promotional campaigns and health outreach programs for OTC products


- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution

Key Responsibilities:


- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, events, and consumer engagement campaigns


- Design promotional programs to enhance doctor, retailer, and consumer connect


- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, production, and allocation of promotional materials


- Plan and execute in-clinic and in-shop health check-up camps


- Manage end-to-end execution of health camps including logistics, manpower, and compliance


- Travel extensively in the field for campaign execution and health camp supervision


- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare post-activity reports


- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams for seamless on-ground execution


- Ensure brand guidelines and compliance are maintained across all BTL activities


- Manage marketing budgets related to BTL activities

Key Result Areas (KRAs):


- Successful execution of BTL campaigns within defined timelines and budgets


- Increased brand visibility and customer engagement at retail and clinic levels


- Effective reach and impact of health check-up camps


- Improved conversion and recall for OTC brands


- Timely availability and deployment of promotional materials


- Positive feedback from sales teams and channel partners

Required Experience:


- 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing


- Prior experience in OTC, Ayurvedic, Pharma, or FMCG industries


- Hands-on experience in planning and executing on-ground promotional activities


- Exposure to managing vendors and field-level marketing operations

Skill Sets & Competencies:


- Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and execution


- Excellent coordination and vendor management skills


- Strong planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities


- Good communication and interpersonal skills


- Ability to manage multiple activities and tight timelines


- Willingness to travel for minimum 15 days per month


- Strong analytical and reporting skills


- Result-oriented and hands-on approach

Educational Qualification:


- MBA in Marketing

Additional Information:


- Age preference within 35 years


- CTC as per OTC industry standards
