Bada Business - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Manufacturing

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant , expectations are as follows :

- Drive end-to-end manufacturing transformation initiatives, including process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence

- Analyze plant operations, production workflows, and supply chain networks to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance productivity and reduce waste

- Lead capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization to improve throughput and working capital efficiency

- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business growth objectives

- Conduct diagnostic assessments and benchmarking studies to evaluate performance gaps and recommend actionable solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement, logistics, and vendor management processes

- Leverage data analytics and MIS reporting to track KPIs, monitor plant performance, and enable decision-making

- Drive digital transformation initiatives including automation, Industry 4.0 adoption, and smart manufacturing practices

- Work closely with leadership to design scalable operating models and execution roadmaps

- Mentor client teams and ensure sustainable implementation of transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and industrial engineering concepts

- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and process re-engineering

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured consulting approach

- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance improvement initiatives

- Ability to manage client stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end

- Exposure to ERP systems, dashboards, and digital tools in manufacturing environments

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Manufacturing or related field)

- MBA or PGDM from a reputed institute preferred

- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Operations, or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
