The ideal candidate should have a strong background in partner management, with a proven track record of successfully driving partner enablement, product education, and delivery assurance within the ERP industry. Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management: - Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the MEA and APAC regions. - Work closely with partners and regional sales leaders to understand their business goals, identify areas of collaboration, and ensure mutual success. Partner Enablement and Product Education: - Develop comprehensive partner enablement programs to educate and empower partners on our SaaS ERP product offerings. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure partners have in-depth knowledge of our product's features and benefits. Delivery Assurance with Partners: - Oversee the delivery of Cloud ERP projects in partnership with our channel and implementation partners. - Provide guidance and support to partners during the implementation phase to ensure successful project outcomes. Support Coordination: - Collaborate with the product support team to ensure seamless coordination between partners and our support organization. - Act as a primary point of contact for partners, resolving escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution. Market Analysis and Strategy: - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify strategic opportunities and stay ahead in the market. - Develop and execute partner-related strategies to achieve business objectives in the MEA and APAC regions. Partner Performance Evaluation: - Set performance targets and KPIs for partners and conduct regular evaluations to measure their performance. - Work with underperforming partners to identify improvement areas and implement action plans for their growth. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of partner managers to ensure effective partner engagement and successful partnership outcomes. Requirements: - Proven experience in Partner Management and Business Development within the ERP industry, particularly with leading SaaS ERP products in the MEA and APAC regions. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based ERP solutions. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Willingness to travel as required to meet partners and attend industry events.
