JOB OBJECTIVE: Work as a leader in the Decision Science Practice and help scale up the practice (People, Processes, Innovation, Thought Leadership, Top Line, Bottom Line etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership:
- Collaborative leadership in a matrix environment, managing accounts and programs independently or with little support, to deliver revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Be a partner to onshore leaders/ clients and lead RPFs/ proposals/ POVs etc. to help grow the business
Delivery & People Management:
- Nurture and build teams to deliver multiple client engagements.
- Delivery role will include project scoping, solution design, working closely with team in successful delivery
Thought leadership and innovation:
- Leverage latest technologies, algorithms and processes to generate new ideas, build new solutions and capability for the organization.
- Optimize the current processes and bring in delivery innovations towards client's and internal objectives
Capability/ Org building:
- Build and scale up capabilities to help efficient business delivery.
- Recruit, train, mentor and help build the team
Handle Client Relationship:
- Manage client relationship and client expectations independently.
- Should be able to deliver results back to the Client independently.
- Should have excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Education:
- B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline or PG in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Operation Research/MBA from top tier college.
Required Experience:
- Over 18 years of progressive experience, with a strong preference for leadership roles in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical domains.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale analytics engagements, delivering measurable business impact across complex, global environments.
- Proven expertise in leveraging patient analytics, real-world data (RWD), and advanced data science techniques, along with deep experience across core pharmaceutical analytics areas including forecasting, sales, marketing, payer, and provider insights.
- Statistical analysis and modeling knowledge with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations, consulting acumen, and strategic storytelling.
- Demonstrated logical and strategic thinking in designing, developing, and scaling analytics solutions across domains such as patient, sales, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to lead and expand client portfolios, driving growth in close collaboration with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated people, project, program and client management skills with strong communication skills.
- Technical awareness - R/ Python/ SQL.
- Knowledge of self-service analytics platforms such as DataiKU/ KNIME/ Alteryx will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics is highly desirable.
