Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Palwal, with the flexibility of partial remote work.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
- Knowledge of Retail Lending, Loan Products, Financial Services, and Structured Financing.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
