About the job:
This role is pivotal in driving data-backed decision-making, enhancing analytical capabilities, and partnering on strategic HR projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of HR and leadership to deliver insights, support regulatory reporting, and contribute to high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Excel or PowerBI for diversity, attrition, internal mobility, and other key HR metrics, while improving data quality and reducing turnaround time for reporting.
- Provide actionable insights using predictive analytics and hypothesis testing.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements, including compliance with SEBI, RBI, and internal compliance standards.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by partnering with HR teams and enhancing analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate on strategic, cross-functional projects with HR and business teams.
- Support culture and recognition initiatives by managing data centres and delivering relevant insights.
- Continuously upskill through certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and explore AI tools and Power Apps to drive innovation.
