Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across Customer Experience (CX), Digital Experience (DX), MarTech, CRM, and Digital Transformation consulting services. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building executive relationships, and managing complex consulting and technology services engagements from opportunity creation through successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation and qualification to commercial negotiations and contract closure.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing relationships and acquire new strategic accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Enterprise IT leaders.
- Position Axeno Consulting's consulting, implementation, managed services, and digital transformation capabilities to address client business challenges.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Alliance teams to develop compelling, value-driven client solutions.
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and executive presentations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM practices.
- Represent Axeno Consulting at executive meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
