About the job: Looking for an expert to manage the entire gamut of secretarial activities and Regulatory Compliance with 12 years of experience in liaisoning with all Regulatory authorities including RBI, NHB, SEBI, ROC etc. Responsibilities: - To organize and conduct meetings of the Board of Directors & Committees, Shareholders of companies, AGM, Minutes of the Meetings, Listing of Companies etc. - Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, processes, and controls in accordance as per regulatory guidelines. - Developing Compliance Controls and identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions. - Reviewing Regulatory Matters and providing solutions for improving established policies and procedures. - Maintain regular communication with regulatory authorities, timely reporting and resolution of compliance issues. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of secretarial, compliance objectives with business goals. - Supporting and reporting stakeholders on various Secretarial Matters, Compliance Activities, Issues, and Trends.
