- We are seeking an experienced AVP - Training & Transitions to lead training strategy, knowledge management (KM), and transition excellence within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain.

- This role will be responsible for building scalable learning frameworks, driving capability development, and ensuring seamless transition and knowledge transfer across AP, R2R, and AR processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and drive the training and knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals.

- Establish KPI-driven frameworks to measure training effectiveness and operational impact.

- Drive innovation in learning methodologies and capability development.

Training & Capability Development:

- Lead end-to-end training delivery, including onboarding, assessments, and TNI-based interventions.

- Develop structured programs for functional, behavioral, and leadership training.

- Build and strengthen SMEs, trainers, and certification frameworks within the F&A domain.

Transitions & Knowledge Management:

- Oversee transition planning and execution, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.

- Drive SOP governance, documentation standards, and knowledge repositories.

- Ensure consistency and quality in process training across AP, R2R, and AR functions.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Partner with business leaders, HR, and operations teams to align training priorities.

- Manage client relationships and ensure training and KM initiatives support business outcomes.

- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and business continuity readiness.

- Drive adoption of best practices across training and KM functions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-15 years of experience in training, knowledge management, or transition roles within F&A domain.

- Strong expertise in AP, R2R, and AR processes.

- Proven experience in leading training programs and managing transitions at scale.

- Strong understanding of learning frameworks, TNI, and capability building.

- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

- Master's degree (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with LMS platforms and KM tools

- Familiarity with process documentation frameworks and SOP governance

- Exposure to automation and digital learning initiatives
