Only Mumbai based C&B professionals will be considered. AVP Compensation and Benefits is expected to strategize, plan, create, and oversees every element of the organization's remuneration system. Collaborate and engage with senior management on overall remuneration strategy for the business. This includes the salary, variable bonuses, incentive schemes, job evaluation, welfare benefits, and retirement plans. The position is highly strategic but includes leadership and management of day-to-day functions. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA-HR would be a plus, with experience of around 10 to 15 years in handling Compensation and Benefits (Payroll & accounting would be a plus). - Design compensation packages and Incentive schemes aligned with the company's strategic plan - Conduct/ oversee timely Job Evaluation, job analyses and classifications exercise, ensure all jobs are well defined and organization charts and JD's are up to date - Conduct external compensation and benefits benchmarking and internal survey for measuring employee satisfaction - Ensure month on month error free execution and accounting of payroll expenses & statutory Audit Compliance. - Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity (compliance with local labor laws in more than 8 states and adherence to around 15 different Statutes) - Leading and managing a team of practitioners for daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities - Coordinate with the regional and global Compensation and Benefits contacts to implement initiatives, programs, and complete local/global deliverables - Administrative support to Expats for Taxation, while working in India and re-expatriation Ideal incumbent: - A C&B professional- risen through the ranks, worked with reputed organization currently based in Mumbai - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Prior experience of working in a MNC is preferred. - Age bracket- 30 to 43 years
