A. JOB SUMMARY: 1. To ensure company's revenue target are met within time and quality requirement. 2. Supervision received: loose supervision is required but relatively independent in operation. B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Identify client/market needs including financial expectation and restrictions. 2. Analyse pricing/costing scenario to offer a most viable value proposition. 3. Develop, manage and lead growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and financial gain in multi-year focus. 4. Act as primary liaison between client and company and build a long term relationship with new and current clients. 5. Prepare sales agreement and ensuring its adherence to the law and guidelines 6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts. 7. Coach and develop team members into valuable sales persons. 8. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 9. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 10. Demonstrate product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence. C. TYPE OF CONTACT/RELATIONS: 1. Frequently contact to Group COO and Group CEO to provide information or report, seek for clarification or direction. 2. Frequently contact with client to maintain rapport and looking for new business opportunities. 3. Occasional contact with external employee to ensure they are working fine at client's location and getting feedback/new leads. D. JOB SPECIFICATION: 1. Degree in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing or equivalent 2. Minimum 10 years of related business development and sales experience, with 5 years or more at MNC's. 3. Proven successes in business development and order booking in the IT services industry (SI, staffing, software). 4. Proven experience with at least 1 sales methodology (e.g. Solution Selling, SalesForce). 5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal. 6. In-depth understanding of sales & marketing process. 7. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build consensus. 8. Up to date on latest IT industry trends.
