Summary of the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, specifically focusing on expanding our footprint in the Middle East market.


In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading new business development, identifying and nurturing qualified leads within large enterprises, and ultimately driving the growth of Avaali's innovative software solutions.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to engage with C-level executives, build lasting relationships, and consistently exceed lead generation quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to consistently exceed quarterly qualified lead generation quotas, leading to a tangible increase in our sales pipeline and market penetration in the Middle East.

You will be instrumental in shortening sales cycles by delivering high-quality, pre-qualified opportunities to the sales team.

A successful Sales Manager will also be adept at building a robust and continuously growing database of prospective clients, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers, and showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings in relation to client needs.

Ultimately, success means being a key contributor to Avaali's revenue growth and strategic expansion.


How This Role Fits into the Organization


The Sales Manager for the Middle East will be a critical part of our aggressive growth strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Sales or a similar leadership position.


You will work in close collaboration with the broader sales team, marketing, and pre-sales/solutioning teams.

Your primary contribution will be at the very top of the sales funnel, acting as the engine for new business acquisition.

By consistently generating high-quality leads and fostering initial executive relationships, you will enable the closing team to focus on conversion, thereby directly impacting the company's market share and profitability.

This role is foundational to scaling our operations and establishing a strong presence in a key strategic region.


Key Responsibilities

- Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media, and industry events, to generate qualified leads and create new sales opportunities.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive new database of prospective clients and contacts for targeted sales initiatives within the Middle East region.

- Drive registration and participation for webinars and other marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation efforts.

- Accelerate the sales cycle time by focusing on generating highly qualified leads that align with our ideal customer profile.

- Achieve quarterly qualified lead generation quotas and ensure deeper penetration of Avaalis offerings into client accounts.


Qualifications & Experience (Preferred)


- 3-5 years of proven experience in software sales, with a specific focus on identifying and qualifying leads/opportunities from large enterprises globally, with a strong preference for experience in the Middle East market.


- Demonstrated expertise in identifying key decision-makers and effectively profiling customer databases, ideally with hands-on experience using tools like Sales Navigator.

- Ability to conduct comprehensive company research to identify potential needs and strategic alignment.

- Proven track record in securing meetings with C-level executives and other key decision-makers within target organizations.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with mid to C-level executives in customer organisations.

- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding qualified lead quotas.


Required Skills

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical & Interpersonal: Deep analytical and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective understanding of client needs and building rapport.

- Persuasion & Influence: Ability to present a convincing point of view to respective stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven work environment.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PPM tools, and other required templates for creating and managing project deliverables.

- Technological Understanding: Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI chatbots, shared service automation, and other enterprise software solutions.

- Drive & Focus: High energy levels and a strong focus on achieving and exceeding outcomes
