Job Title : Automation Anywhere Consultant Experience Level : 5+ Years Company : A leading FMCG Company (Client of LinQoa Consulting Services) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, and providing technical expertise to ensure successful RPA deployments. Key Responsibilities: - RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere to automate complex business processes. - Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and analyze processes for automation. - Solution Design: Create detailed technical designs for RPA solutions that align with business objectives and best practices. - Bot Maintenance: Monitor and maintain existing bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or fixes as needed. - Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes, including design documents, test plans, and deployment guides. - Testing: Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions. - Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, and offer post-deployment support to ensure smooth operation of RPA solutions. - Compliance and Security: Ensure that all RPA solutions comply with security standards, data protection regulations, and organizational policies. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve automation processes and methodologies. - Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and other stakeholders to integrate RPA solutions with existing -systems and applications. Required Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years specifically in Automation Anywhere. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A2019, including building bots, using control room, and deploying automation solutions. - Strong understanding of process automation, scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript), and databases (SQL). - Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating RPA with other tools and platforms. - Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze complex business processes for automation. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Project Management: Experience in managing RPA projects, including planning, execution, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or similar certifications. - Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries like finance, healthcare, or manufacturing where RPA has significant applications. - Additional Tools: Familiarity with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism, and knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA.
