Job Role: - Developing and executing strategic initiatives for the effective management and expansion of assigned portfolio of clients - Cultivating enduring client relationships while instilling trust across various stakeholders within client organizations - Implementing successful account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling efforts - Identifying and conveying the value AuthBridge products bring to clients' businesses and presenting this information to client stakeholders to foster deep connections. - Coordinating and communicating with internal teams to deliver solutions that enable clients to realize the full potential of AuthBridge products. - Assuming responsibility for revenue generation within the assigned portfolio, with a strong emphasis on nurturing growth accounts and identifying scaling opportunities. - Accurately forecasting portfolio and account growth - Vigilantly monitoring company performance against service level agreements and promptly addressing potential issues. Skills & Experience Required: - B.Tech / Bachelors Degree with an MBA is a must - A minimum of 6 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably within the Fintech, B2B SAAS, or a prominent blue-chip organization - A proven track record of consistently surpassing customer retention and profitability targets - Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp complex concepts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including product intricacies. - Experience in a startup environment or a technology-driven organization - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities - A customer-centric approach that consistently yields results. - Proficiency in networking, as well as establishing and nurturing long-term strategic relationships.
