
STITCH MES is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to apparel manufacturing and manufacturing technology (MES/ERP).
The role requires end-to-end ownership of MES implementation projects across multiple factory sites, driving operational excellence and ensuring measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and system adoption.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between factory operations and technology teams, ensuring seamless execution and digital transformation on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with apparel manufacturing clients to understand production workflows and operational challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership during implementation and transformation projects.
- Translate factory processes into structured MES configurations and SOPs.
- Drive alignment across production, planning, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own end-to-end MES deployments across multiple factory locations.
- Lead business process mapping, system configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
- Ensure accurate implementation across production tracking, line efficiency, quality control, downtime monitoring, and inventory integration.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination with product and engineering teams.
- Monitor post-go-live adoption and drive continuous improvement based on operational KPIs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process optimization initiatives.
- Drive data-led decision-making using MES dashboards and reports.
- Standardize best practices across multi-site deployments.
- Support clients in building scalable and digitally mature factory operations.
- Lead and mentor on-ground deployment teams and functional consultants.
- Ensure structured documentation, reporting, and compliance with project governance standards.
- Foster a high-ownership, execution-focused team culture.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide field insights for product enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Operations, Textile, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing operations, factory management, or technology-led transformation roles.
- Strong hands-on exposure to MES / ERP / manufacturing digitization systems.
- Deep understanding of production planning, line balancing, efficiency tracking, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain processes in apparel factories.
- Experience handling multi-site or large factory environments.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively across client factory locations.
- Must own a personal vehicle for local factory travel and on-ground client visits.
