About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and execution excellence, along with a passion for achieving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industries and accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Engage with decision-makers and senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, sales pitches, and solution demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, and delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities using CRM tools (e., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and key insights.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and deal negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
