Job Purpose Senior Manager/ Assistant Vice President Compliance Testing

Qualification: CA /CMA/CS/ MBA

Relevant Experience:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in banking or NBFC industry in Internal audit/ Compliance testing/ Regulatory Compliance

Behavioral Competencies:

- Ability to drive projects initiated by central team

- Ability to work with cross functional teams

- Self Driven / Entrepreneurial in approach

Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out Compliance Testing for underlying functions as per the Annual Compliance Testing Plan.

- Team management, attention to details, planning and execution.

- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of actions.

- Preparation of memorandums and participation in committee meetings.

- Review of product, processes and SoPs.

- Compliance Testing under Risk Based Supervision guidelines

- Discussion with the senior stakeholders and department heads
