Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA / Semi Qualified CA / Candidate with Relevant Experience in Audit Profile

Relevant Experience: 5+ year and above in relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform the risk assessment of various products & Processes within the Bank around Retail Assets. (Mortgage, Automobile, Personal Loans & Credit Cards.

- Prepare the list of systems/Areas and finalize the scope of audit basis Regulatory Guidelines, Policies & Processes, Industry Practice and discussion with respective teams

- To prepare and review RCMs.

- To conduct internal audits of various products & processes related to Retail Asset Products, ensuring adequate audit coverage and timely completion of assigned work / projects.

- To discuss the observations/ inputs identified during the audit with the respective stakeholders in a timely manner.

- To perform thematic reviews to evaluate system gaps, provide assurance on certain aspects within a particular business process on need basis.

- To co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the Internal Audit team and ensuring any challenges are dealt with proactively
