AU Small Finance Bank - Learning Content Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Content Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging content across various formats and platforms to support our learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop comprehensive learning materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and reference guides

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate complex information into clear, engaging content

- Create multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences

- Ensure all learning content aligns with instructional design principles and adult learning theory

- Maintain content quality standards and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners

- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and methodologies

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Instructional Design or related field

- 3+ years of experience in learning content development or instructional design

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate, Vyond etc

- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)

- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail

- Experience with multimedia content creation tools

- Demonstrated project management abilities
