Role Description:

- Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with financial institutions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- The Area Business Manager will also be responsible for market analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Skills in team management, performance monitoring, and operational oversight.

- Strong business development and strategic planning abilities.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial inclusion initiatives.

- Ability to analyze market trends and generate reports.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
