Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Advise on technology and data privacy law, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Protect and manage intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets).
- Support product development and launch, identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Analyze and assess legal and regulatory risks associated with new products, business ventures, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage significant and complex legal matters under tight timelines.
- Build strong relationships and provide counsel to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Law or equivalent.
- Strong academic credentials from reputable law institutions/firms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and navigate ambiguous situations.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
