With strong execution capabilities and as on date project pipeline portfolio of over 1025 MW of Solar PV and Wind assets under developments across states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh &amp; Telangana; we are among fastest growing company in south India in Renewable Sector. Our team is building a de-risked portfolio both in terms of RE sources of Wind, Solar, Wind-Solar Hybrid, Hydropower, Solar PV and Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) assets and geographical diversification as well and intends to increase the installed capacity by investing into R&amp;D space. With recent acquisition of a Spanish R&amp;D Company in CSP Technology &amp; Energy Storage area, group is investing in building indigenous technologies with the goal of achieving grid parity in near future. Responsibilities: - Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company. - Offering counsel on a variety of legal issue. - Advising executives within the company. - Working alongside other departments within the company. - Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals. - Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company. Job Requirements: - Must have a law degree from a recognized university -Must have experience in handling M&amp;A and private Equity transactions - Must have done due diligence for Renewable energy company - Must have 5 years of experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house. - Strong drafting, interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization. - Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues. - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organizations' legal department and across all businesses. - Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. - Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws. - Experience in taxation would be an added advantage. - Experience in power sector would be a plus.
