Job Summary Business Partnership: - Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, driving people strategies aligned to business priorities. - Build strong relationships with zonal and HO stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create HR solutions. Employee Lifecycle Management: - Own all lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and exit processes. - Foster an engaging and inclusive environment that drives motivation and retention. Talent & Capability Building: - Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and support targeted interventions for capability enhancement. - Facilitate training and learning journeys for frontline and backend teams in collaboration with the Capability function. Performance & Engagement: - Monitor engagement pulse and implement focused actions to sustain high motivation and accountability. - Drive culture-building initiatives that strengthen CX team identity and performance mindset. HR Operations Excellence: - Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, compliance, and processes. - Leverage HR analytics and data insights for proactive decision-making and reporting.
