
What you'll do:
- Keeping ahead of new trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
- Designing and revising innovative & creative reward and benefit practices
- Analysing and recommending custom-fit rewards solutions based on market intelligence, compensation surveys and emerging / future trends in the workforce and industry
- Introducing innovative and complex reward instruments
- Enhancing compensation and benefits experience for people through state-of-the-art digital interface systems and processes
- Developing and delivering education programs and communication material on compensation o- erings
Here's what we're looking for:
- Familiar with diverse reward tools, including ESOP, ESPP SARS,CCPS, etc.
- Designed compensation and benefit structures compliant with local and cross-border regulations.
- Multi-industry experience in people rewards and benefits practices, preferably through rewards consulting firms.
- Directly managed compensation surveys, annual and mid-cycle compensation revision, monthly payroll inputs and all compensation and benefit-related matters.
- Owned, benchmarked, reviewed, and communicated people policies.
- A postgraduate degree in people management from a top-tier institute.
- Relevant work experience of 8 to 14 years. Exposure to a start-up environment and rapid organisation growth over a period of 2-3 years would be preferred.
