Key Accountabilities:
As Marketing Head, you will be the custodian of growth, brand, and demand generation across all business verticals. You will own end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and ROI with a - 50 Cr+ budget and be accountable directly to the CEO & Board.
This is a transformational leadership opportunity to scale Indias first global spirituality & astrology consumer brand and build a marketing engine that balances brand storytelling + profitability at scale.
Performance & Growth Leadership:
- Drive full-funnel performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
- Lead e-commerce ad strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and D2C platforms.
- Build CAC, ROAS, LTV guardrails and enforce discipline on profitable growth.
- Deploy advanced attribution models, cohort tracking, and MMM for data-led decisions.
Brand & Market Expansion:
- Architect 360- brand campaigns (ATL/BTL/TTL) TV, outdoor, digital storytelling, on-ground activations.
- Scale influencer & ambassador ecosystems with strong ROI focus.
- Drive strategic partnerships, sponsorships & alliances to strengthen brand visibility.
- Oversee high-impact ad films, shoots, and cross-platform campaigns.
Owned Channels & Retention:
- Scale SEO, ASO, content marketing, CRM funnels (email, WhatsApp, push, SMS).
- Build referral & loyalty programs to improve repeat purchase and retention metrics.
PR, Communication & Thought Leadership:
- Establish Astro Arun Pandit as a category thought leader in astrology & spirituality.
- Lead PR, media, and crisis communication strategy in sync with growth campaigns.
P&L & Analytics Ownership:
- Manage and optimize - 50 Cr+ annual marketing budgets across brands.
- Build weekly executive dashboards (CAC, ROAS, retention %, payback).
- Present quarterly performance reports & action plans to CEO, COO & Board.
Team Building & Culture:
- Build, scale, and mentor a 1530 member A+ marketing team across performance, creative, PR, CRM, and agencies.
- Institutionalize SOPs, playbooks, and repeatable growth models.
- Create a culture of creativity + accountability, ensuring sharp execution.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of leadership experience at top-tier D2C, consumer-tech, or e-commerce brands (- 100 Cr+ revenue scale).
- Proven success managing - 50 Cr+ annual marketing spends with profitable growth.
- Hands-on mastery of performance marketing, attribution, MMM, and data analytics.
- Experience in brand-building at scale: ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns, PR, influencers, and partnerships.
- Strong P&L ownership and board-level reporting experience.
- Creative + Analytical DNA: ability to craft big brand stories while ensuring ROI.
- A builder mindset: thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

- Boardroom-level role with direct visibility to CEO & leadership team.
