Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager / Manager with a strong accounting background and proven experience in leveraging technology to drive efficiency experience, strong reconciliation expertise, and hands-on knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, and Power Query. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process optimization within our finance and assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.

- Utilize Python, SQL, Power Query, and reconciliation tools to automate and streamline processes.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.

- Implement best practices in financial controls and data assurance.

- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical and functional expertise.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex reconciliation and accounting issues.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.

- Strong accounting and reconciliation background.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power Query, and reconciliation tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CMA.

- Experience in data assurance and automation projects.

- Exposure to healthcare or similar industries will be an added advantage.
