Associate/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Description: Hiring: FP&A Associate / Manager - Cost reporting

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience Requirement: 810 years of relevant experience (candidates with 7+ years may be considered if highly aligned)

We are hiring experienced professionals within its Finance (CFO) function to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting

- Perform variance analysis, expense analytics, and month-end reviews

- Lead budget consolidation and reconciliation across functions

- Deliver headcount reporting, tracking movements, and cost control insights

- Provide data-driven insights on cost drivers and support cost optimization initiatives

- Develop management presentations and dashboards for senior leadership (CAO/CEO level)

- Partner with global stakeholders across regions (EMEA, APAC, etc.)

- Support automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting)

- Proven ability in financial analytics, cost management, and business insights

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Alteryx

- Exposure to global finance environments or financial services

- Strong presentation and storytelling capability using data

Educational Qualifications:

Qualified finance professional (CA / MBA Finance / equivalent preferred)
