Hiring AVP or VP for Leadership Hiring Department: Human Resources Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer / Head of Talent About the Role: - We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition leader to join us as AVP/VP - TA (Leadership Hiring). - This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end leadership hiring across the organization, building a strong talent pipeline, and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape our executive talent strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Leadership Hiring function, responsible for VP-level and above roles across business units. - Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals and future capability requirements. - Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor. - Establish and manage partnerships with executive search firms, and oversee vendor performance. - Drive diversity hiring at the leadership level. - Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier leadership talent. - Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to shape hiring decisions and improve time-to-hire and quality of hire. - Own and manage the Leadership Talent Pipeline, ensuring proactive engagement with high-potential candidates. - Ensure a world-class candidate experience, and uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process. - Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, tools, and technologies in executive recruitment. Qualifications & Experience: - 15+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 10 years in leadership or executive hiring. - Prior experience in AVP/VP/Head TA roles with a focus on strategic hiring is preferred. - Strong understanding of talent markets, organizational dynamics, and hiring trends. - Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Proven ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools, market mapping, and search strategies. - MBA in HR or related field is preferred.
