We are searching for AVP Legal at corporate office in Mumbai. Role Title : AVP Legal Experience : Min. 12-15yrs years , should have worked in corporates . - Should have Drafting of various documents - Prior experience in handing, updating, implementing and managing contract management and litigation tool, will be added advantage - Good communication & reading skill Qualification : LLB Job Description : - Drafting and vetting of various kinds of Agreements such as Service Agreements, ATM procurement Agreements, Cards Agreements, NDA etc. - Managing, updating Contract Management and litigation tool. - Preparing drafting Legal Notices, replies and other legal documents on behalf of company. - Drafting and Vetting of recovery Notices, letters. - Drafting of replies, rejoinders, applications, pleadings, petitions, replies with respect to court matter. - Drafting of Complaint / FIR Preparing and updating MIS. - Case Study and developing strategy Attending courts in Mumbai and Outside Mumbai as well as briefing counsels. - Attending con calls and discussing the agreements with business teams. - Follow ups with the local advocates along with the respective branch teams. - Conducting meetings with the business team and discussing the agreements and modifying the drafts as per the business requirement Experience and Background : - LLB (min. 12-15yrs years of Experience ) - Drafting of various documents - Prior experience in handing, updating, implementing and managing contract management and litigation tool, will be added advantage - Good communication & reading skill
