talent needs, engage C-Suite leaders, and shape leadership strategies with precision. As
Associate Vice President - Executive Search, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and
scaling ANSR's Executive Search practice focused on C-Suite and senior leadership hiring
across global markets.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs):
- Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of the Executive Search vertical within ANSR.
- Partner directly with global enterprises, their boards, and leadership teams to understand long-term leadership talent strategies and critical business needs.
- Source, engage, and build a high-quality leadership pipeline for C-Suite and senior leadership roles.
- Own end-to-end executive search mandates: from scoping and candidate mapping to engagement, assessment, negotiation, and closure.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Executive Search Consultants, driving best practices and accountability.
- Develop trusted relationships with industry leaders, CXOs, and board members, establishing ANSR as a thought leader in executive hiring.
- Drive sharp turnaround times (TATs) and ensure high closure rates for critical executive mandates.
- Provide market intelligence, leadership trend analysis, and advisory insights to clients during boardroom-level discussions and strategy sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all governance, confidentiality, and data protection policies in executive search processes.
- Represent ANSR in industry forums, roundtables, and key networking events to
expand the executive network.
Key Skillsets & Expertise:
- Proven track record of 18-20 years in Executive Search, with strong exposure to C-
Suite and Senior Leadership hiring mandates.
- Deep understanding of the GCC ecosystem, global markets, and cross-border
leadership hiring trends, especially India and the APAC region.
- Exceptional ability to build, maintain, and manage a high-value network of C-Level
executives and industry leaders.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence and advise
board-level stakeholders.
- Expert in talent mapping, succession planning, and leadership market intelligence.
- High proficiency in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation
during critical mandates.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to moderate boardroom-level discussions.
- Ability to build and scale business practices with a results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sharp deadlines and high accountability.
