Associate - Venture Capital Lawyer - LLB is a Must Job Description: - Must have experience in private equity, venture capital. - Must have advised funds on PE, VC transactions including due diligence. - Drafting of related transactions documentation in relation to PE or a VC deal, such as share subscription and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreement, joint development agreement, etc. - Must have cross-order experience. - Must have experience in advising and assisting a leading VC fund in acquiring shareholding of various companies in India or Internationally.
