- Client-facing role
- Create review, breach review and QC workflows in conjunction with PM; responsible for implementation of these workflows
- Performs QA on the batches being released by their team members (post QC); identify error trends and create remedial actions
- Works with Team Leaders on queries (if TL is unable to resolve)
- Create STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, run analytics for projects
- Monitors hourly productivity metrics and performs QA on reviewed data
- Responsible for quality and productivity of projects
- Team and Performance Management
- Share regular feedback (weekly) with team members; document feedbacks
- Daily briefing and debriefing of projects, ensuring there is no communication gap as far as project protocols are concerned
