Meet up with Senior talent (CFO, CHRO, Audit Head, Legal Heads) and build candidate network in the industry. - Advise senior professionals and help them take informed career decisions. Execution: - Manage various industry research projects using primary and secondary research tools. - Work on various client presentations and assimilate data on latest market and people related trends. - Identify and execute Senior level searches for top talent in the industry for our financial services clients. - Manage candidate assessment, initial screening, maintain a robust pipeline, and recall top talent for various searches. - Build strong domain knowledge (both macro and micro level) for Indian & Global landscape within your practice area (e-g - Banking, Capital Markets, Legal, Sales & Marketing) - Keep clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring, etc) - Hire and manage internal team at Native, and work towards growing the business domain.
