Role requirement: Associate Partner / Partner   Associate Partner / Partner Consulting with at least 10 years of HR Consulting exposure in the following areas :  1. Leadership development & assessment   2. Talent management policy and process.   3. Organisation effectiveness & development  4. Integrated HR solutions.   5. Organisation audit / diagnostic and transformation planning.  It would be great if the person has exposure to HR technology but this is not necessary.  Talentonic is a start-up and certain requirements are important for us.  1. Sufficient HR Consulting experience with one of the large HR Consulting firms. This is important for a number of reasons. Networked with clients and capability to bring existing relationships to the table. Understanding of the consulting process and methodologies. (Writing proposals, diagnostic skills. solutioning, desigining presentations. Senior client interface. Social skills). Business development. Understanding of the coaching process in a consulting firm. Breaking in new talent. Documentation.  2. Entreprenural professional. Understands the difference between a large firm and a start up/ young firm. Build up the team for delivery. Be motivated to adopt an entrepreneural compensation model. Build the business and earn.  3. We already have a two in the box structure. Deepak Dhawan & Rajul Mathur manage the firm. We need a three in the box. A third senior person at Associate Partner/ Partner level who can share the responsibility for growing the firm.  4. MBA.  5.
