Role Overview
As an Associate Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, leading strategic executive search and talent advisory engagements across industries and markets. The role combines leadership assessment, talent strategy, executive search, market intelligence, and stakeholder advisory to help clients address critical leadership and organizational challenges.
You will work closely with boards, CEO's, CHRO's, founders, and business leaders to identify, assess, and attract exceptional leadership talent while shaping broader discussions around organizational capability, succession, and workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex executive search and leadership hiring engagements across C-suite, business leadership, and mission-critical functional roles.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on leadership strategy, succession planning, organizational capability requirements, and talent market dynamics.
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence exercises to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- Partner with executive leadership teams to define role mandates, leadership competencies, organizational structures, and assessment frameworks.
- Develop insights-driven recommendations that help clients navigate evolving workforce challenges, leadership transitions, and growth priorities.
- Build enduring relationships with senior executives, investors, board members, and industry leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters.
- Lead candidate assessment, executive evaluation, and leadership due diligence processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and culture.
- Mentor and develop consultants and research professionals while fostering a culture of analytical rigor, client impact, and professional excellence.
- Contribute to thought leadership on leadership trends, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation.
- Collaborate across sectors and geographies to deliver integrated talent advisory solutions for clients undergoing growth, transformation, expansion, or succession events.

Candidate Profile
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution.
- 10-15+ years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, talent consulting, management consulting, or senior talent leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives on complex talent, leadership, and organizational issues.
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with a consultative and analytical problem-solving approach.
- Deep understanding of leadership assessment, organizational design, succession planning, and talent market dynamics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex organizational environments.
