Role Overview:

- The Associate Partner / Director - Accounting Advisory role involves leading and delivering complex accounting advisory projects for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage client relationships, lead project teams, and provide expert guidance on a variety of accounting and financial reporting matters.

- You will work closely with clients' senior management, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to the growth of our accounting advisory practice. The role will directly impact the quality of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage accounting advisory engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Provide expert advice on complex accounting issues, including IFRS, Ind AS, and US GAAP.

- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the accounting advisory practice.

- Develop and deliver training programs on accounting and financial reporting topics.

- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and internal teams.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrable expertise in accounting principles (IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP) and financial reporting.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex accounting issues.

- Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Demonstrated business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional certification.

- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
