Asset Management Operations - Associate Manager (AVP)

We are seeking an experienced professional to join its Asset Management Operations team supporting the US business. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for investment operations with strong exposure to cash management, corporate actions, and custodian interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Asset Management Operations for US-based investment portfolios

- Manage cash management and cash reconciliation activities

- Handle corporate actions processing and oversight

- Ensure accurate portfolio reconciliation (Investment Manager vs Custodian)

- Manage custodian and fund administrator reporting

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational and client reports

- Act as escalation point for operational issues and risk events

- Drive process improvements, controls, and governance initiatives

- Lead and manage teams, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence

- Partner with global stakeholders across the US and other regions

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 13-15 years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Operations

- Cash Management

- Corporate Actions

- Portfolio Reconciliation

- Custodian / Fund Administrator Reporting

- Strong understanding of Asset Management operations (buy-side)

- Proven people management and service delivery experience

- Experience working with US stakeholders

- Strong exposure to controls, audits, and operational risk management

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (mandatory)

- CA / MBA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
