Associate Manager - Administration

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager - Administration to lead office setup projects across multiple locations in India. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and timely establishment of new offices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Budget Management: Identify, negotiate with, and finalize contracts for vendors related to premises, infrastructure, and utilities. Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

On-site Execution: Oversee civil, electrical, and IT work to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.

Liaison & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, external agencies, and landlords to ensure smooth execution of all project phases.

Operational Readiness: Establish and implement facility management processes for new branch operations, including asset management, travel, security, and housekeeping arrangements.
