Associate General Manager - Financial & Analysis

We're hiring for the profile of Associate General Manager - F&A for Bangalore location

Education/Qualifications: CA with 11+ years of exp

Budget: 36 LPA (including variable)

MUST: SAP, INDAS

Job Purpose: The role is responsible for overseeing smooth invoicing, taxation, and financial compliance within the company by guiding and mentoring the team. The incumbent will also assist the CFO in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financials, both to internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Month end process & reporting: Oversee Monthly MIS, provisional financials, variance analysis and proper reporting to management

2) Financial reports : Preparing Cash Flow, Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss statement under IND AS, debtors' aging and other financial reports. Quarterly results & Annual investor reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

3) Accounting Oversight : Supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions including maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and journal.

4) Taxation & Compliance : Ensure monthly compliance of GST, TDS and other as per management requirement. Preparation of data for direct/ indirect tax assessment Must have knowledge of lower TDS application and process.

5) Audit : Statutory audit, Tax audit, Internal, Due diligence and special audit. Preparation of Audit Plan and ensure completion of the same within the time. Good at handling queries of Auditors.

6) Customer and vendor management: Aging analysis and reconciliation

7) Financial Planning, budgeting & Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities

8)Technology and Systems :Suggest and implement automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency
