Financial & Capital Reporting (Investment Banking)

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience Requirement: 5-8 years of relevant experience in regulatory / capital reporting

We are hiring for an Associate role within the Financial & Capital Reporting function. The role sits within the Finance / Chief Data Office and focuses on regulatory reporting, capital analytics, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation, review, and validation of regulatory capital and liquidity reports

- Analysis of RWA, Leverage Ratio, LCR, NSFR and other Basel III metrics

- Support Pillar 1 / Pillar 3 reporting and regulatory disclosures

- Perform variance analysis, data validation, and reconciliation across systems

- Strengthen control frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance

- Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Data teams

- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Basel III regulatory frameworks

- Hands-on experience in RWA, Capital Adequacy, Leverage Ratio, Liquidity Reporting (LCR/NSFR)

- Exposure to regulatory reporting (PRA / FED / RBI / ECB or similar)

- Experience with Axiom or similar regulatory reporting tools

- Strong understanding of financial products (derivatives, secured funding, exposure reporting)

- Proven experience in data validation, reconciliations, and control frameworks

- Working knowledge of automation tools (Alteryx, SQL, Python, Tableau or similar) is preferred

Experience Requirement:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in regulatory / capital reporting within banking or financial services

- Prior experience in investment banking or global banking environment is strongly preferred

Educational Qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / FRM or equivalent

- Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting
