Director / Senior Director - Talent Management & HR Strategic Initiatives (Global)
We are seeking a high-impact, strategy-led HR leader to drive enterprise-wide talent management and HR transformation initiatives at a global scale. This role will partner closely with senior business and HR leadership to shape the future workforce, operating model, and people capabilities of the organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong HR consulting pedigree, hands-on experience with large-scale transformations, and the ability to translate strategy into execution across complex, matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Enterprise Transformation:
- Lead end-to-end, enterprise-wide HR transformation programs aligned to business strategy and growth priorities.
- Design and implement future-ready talent and HR strategies to improve organizational agility, performance, and scalability.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on workforce evolution and capability transformation.
Business Transformation & Change Leadership:
- Drive high-visibility transformation initiatives covering organization design, operating model changes, and process modernization.
- Lead change management strategies to ensure adoption, leadership alignment, and sustainable outcomes.
- Co-create scalable HR frameworks that enable rapid business expansion and global consistency.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration:
- Partner on HR due diligence, post-merger integration, and culture alignment for M&A and strategic investments.
- Develop phased HR integration roadmaps covering workforce transition, policy harmonization, and leadership alignment.
- Ensure smooth people integration while protecting business continuity and employee experience.
Talent, Leadership & Workforce Strategy:
- Lead global workforce planning, internal mobility, and strategic capability-building initiatives.
- Design and scale talent development, reskilling, leadership development, and career architecture programs.
- Strengthen succession planning and leadership pipeline readiness for critical and future-facing roles.
HR Technology, Analytics & Digital Enablement:
- Champion adoption of HR technology, automation, analytics, and digital HR platforms.
- Oversee deployment and optimization of VoE platforms, AI-driven people analytics, and decision-support tools.
- Leverage data and insights to diagnose organizational issues and accelerate decision-making.
Compensation, Rewards & Performance Strategy:
- Partner on scalable, competitive compensation and rewards frameworks aligned to global workforce needs.
- Lead initiatives on pay equity, rewards optimization, and performance-linked incentives to improve engagement and retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
- MBA from a top-tier institution (HR, Strategy, or Organization Development preferred).
- 12-20 years of progressive experience across HR consulting and in-house HR transformation roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-geography HR and talent transformation programs.
Consulting & Industry Exposure:
- Mandatory: Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms (strategy or HR consulting).
- Preferred exposure to BPO, IT/ITES, GCCs, or high-growth service organizations.
