Job Title: Associate Director - TA Ops MIS (Global Role)

Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid | 5-day work week | Afternoon shift

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on TA MIS leader to drive global recruitment reporting, and compliance excellence at Sagility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead reporting & analytics, financial budgeting, and monthly reporting for global TA

- Ensure audit compliance and risk management across recruitment processes

- Optimize recruitment operations with process improvements and tech (ATS, CRM)

- Drive vendor contracting & management

- Partner cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and HR

What We're Looking For:

- 10-12 years of experience in TA MIS operations for large/global setups

- Proven expertise in MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, budgeting, and compliance

- ATS environment experience is a must

- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive approach
