Role Overview :
- We are seeking an accomplished and strategic - Associate Director - Talent Acquisition- to spearhead our recruitment efforts within the dynamic General Insurance Broking sector. This pivotal role involves leading the full talent lifecycle, from strategic planning and employer branding to executive search and team leadership.
- You will be instrumental in partnering with senior business leaders across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR, shaping our talent strategy, and directly impacting our growth trajectory by attracting and securing top-tier professionals. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to the unique demands of the General Insurance Broking market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and strategic partnership with hiring managers.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical leadership, specialized, and niche roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring timely, quality hires.
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business unit heads, acting as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation, and organizational design.
- Design and implement proactive talent pipelining initiatives, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and diverse channels to build a sustainable pool of high-potential candidates.
- Champion employer branding efforts, enhancing our reputation as a preferred employer within the General Insurance Broking industry through compelling narratives and engagement strategies.
- Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and report on TA effectiveness to leadership.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies within the financial services or general insurance broking domain.
- Exceptional leadership acumen, evidenced by a track record of successfully building, developing, and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Superior client engagement and stakeholder management abilities, adept at influencing senior business leaders and driving consensus on critical talent decisions.
- Profound understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including advanced sourcing, sophisticated assessment methodologies, negotiation, and seamless onboarding for senior and specialized roles.
- Strategic foresight combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to operational challenges and process optimization.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and negotiation across all organizational levels.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a premier institution.
- Proven adaptability and effectiveness in a hybrid work model, seamlessly collaborating with teams and stakeholders across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR.
