- Program Leadership: Take full ownership of program delivery, program management, and project management to ensure impactful results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build, nurture, and deepen relationships with senior leadership in Odisha, including elected representatives and bureaucrats across departments.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and credible partner to government and institutional stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with domain teams on planning, program design, reviews, reporting, monitoring & evaluation, and learning.
- Impact Orientation: Drive program outcomes with a strong focus on measurable social impact and sustainability.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Development, Policy, Management, or equivalent (higher degree preferred).
Experience:
- 12+ years in the social development sector.
- Minimum 5 years in senior management roles (experience in the urban sector will be an advantage).
Government & Systems Change:
- Strong understanding and practice of systems change approaches.
- Prior experience in working within or closely with government at state/union levels is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in large-scale program management or consulting projects involving stakeholder relationship management.
