- Minimum of 10 of relevant experience in managing Workflow (WFM), Resources Planning
- Relevant Experience in Forecasting, Planning, Capacity Planning, Roster Management, Realtime Operations and MIS Management.
- Excellence in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
- Hands on experience in Manpower Planning & Roster Management for 15,000+ FTE
- 5+ Years' experience in managerial capacity in Manpower Planning & Rostering function
- Must have excellent customer/stakeholder relationship management skills
- Should be able to convince/influence stakeholders and willing to engage in proactive communication and problem resolution, need strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Strong analytical background and very savvy with numbers
- Strong in analysing data and number crunching
- Strong Project management skills
- Advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Power Point and BI tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Must have worked on multiple Resource Management software.
