Role : Regional Sales Head - India Market (Assocaite Director) - B2B Sales - IPCs / Real Estate / Architects / Interiors
Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore
Role & Responsibility:
The Regional Sales Head (India Market) will be responsible for leading and growing the sales function across their regions. This role is critical to driving top-line revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market footprint in the commercial interiors and design & build (D&B) segment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, strategic thinker, and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the B2B design and build ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Growth:
- Develop and implement regional sales (India Market) strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline by targeting key decision-makers in real estate, workplace strategy, and corporate real estate.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team to align with organizational objectives.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry influencers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their workplace needs and presenting tailored design-build solutions.
- Lead high-impact pitches and presentations that communicate Organization's value proposition effectively.
Revenue Ownership & Forecasting :
- Own and drive revenue targets for the region, ensuring predictable and consistent business performance.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the Business Head (for Respective Region) and Executive Leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with Design, Project Management, Costing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery and a best-in-class client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to strengthen visibility and thought leadership in the region.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing regional sales team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Identify skill gaps and invest in team development through training and mentoring.
Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning :
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and client shifts to refine sales strategies.
- Position Organization as a market leader by representing the brand at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:
- PG / MBA / BE / B.Tech with 12+ years of sales experience in commercial interiors, real estate, or design & build industry, with a strong regional network in the region.
- Proven experience leading and scaling regional sales teams with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Exceptional ability to build client trust, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and close large B2B deals.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L impact, and go-to-market planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present at C-suite levels.
- Deep familiarity with corporate real estate, workplace trends, and the design- build value chain.
- Brings a strong track record of consultative selling and relationship-driven sales.
- Thinks strategically but is hands-on in deal-making and execution.
- Has high energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Is collaborative and works seamlessly across teams to deliver client success.
