We are hiring an Associate Director - Talent Acquisition for the GCC, reporting to the India TA Head. This is a strategic individual contributor role that will lead both replacement and fresh hiring mandates across high-impact business functions. The hiring scope includes: - Core Investment-aligned roles: Risk, Quant, Legal, Compliance, and Credit - Enterprise & Support functions: HR, Legal, Shared Services, and Finance - Specialized teams supporting global trading desks, primarily for US and EMEA region Key Responsibilities - Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and senior stakeholders, translating business goals into a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and managing critical workforce needs. - End-to-End Talent Lifecycle Management: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from strategic requisition planning and crafting compelling job descriptions to orchestrating a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. - Innovative Talent Initiatives: Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative hiring campaigns and programs to address key organizational talent needs and market challenges. - Data-Driven Talent Insights: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable hiring insights to business heads and TA leadership. Develop and maintain robust hiring dashboards and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. - Employer Branding & Technology: Drive employer branding initiatives and optimize recruitment processes through strategic use of technology, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integration and other recruitment platforms. - Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Lead the development and execution of strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader D&I goals.
