Location: Mumbai (Andheri, East).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategize and conceptualize effective marketing campaigns across various digital paid media channels and SEO initiatives in order to meet the client's objective.
- Review and approve the Ad ideas to be presented to the client before the meeting.
- Provide inputs to SEO analysts for finalizing SEO strategies.
- Review the SEO activities on regular basis in alignment with client objectives.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
- Provide support to the client in terms of technical expertise with regards to the media plan curated for the client.
- Plan, strategize, implement, report and analyze Ad campaigns across multiple channels, continuously create, categorize and refine keyword lists to drive incremental conversions for the client.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
- Manage lead volume, cost and quality across multiple sources and legal practice areas to achieve overall monthly goals.
- Manage relationships with search engines, display networks and other third party vendors.
- Stay abreast of online marketing trends and monitor the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Present the campaign progress report analyses to the account management team or client on a regular basis.
- Monitor campaign performance and results and provide feedback to the design and content teams along with recommendations to further optimize content.
- Ensure all client queries are addressed on a timely basis and provide recommendations to client on additional services considering changes in the digital industry trends.
- Ensure client brand guidelines and platform guidelines are followed by the team.
- Monitor the KPIs/PPIs defined for the team.
- Identify the outliers or major deviations from the target, both negative and positive deviations and guide the team to perform root-causes of these deviations.
- Maintain ads campaign calendar to effectively communicate launches, time-sensitive or seasonal campaigns, etc.
- Ensure necessary corrective and preventive action is taken to minimise negative outliers / target misses.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Meta ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Amazon, FLipkart, Q-comm (BlinkIt, Zepto, Instamart).
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of the following platformsDV360, Bing, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GTM, Shopify, HotJar, AppsFlyer, Looker studio.
- Experience in handling B2C and B2B clienteles.
- Should demonstrate a track record of successfully improving Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and revenue for B2C brands.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to campaign management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving strategies and priorities.
