Responsibilities:

1.Partner with leaders to shape people strategy through org design, workforce planning, leadership development, and key HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and change management.

2.Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee concerns while driving engagement programs and managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

3.Lead end-to-end performance cycles while enabling managers with effective feedback and career discussions, and driving improvements through performance trend analysis.

4.Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent while driving succession planning, capability mapping, and leadership pipeline development. HR Reporting & Analytics

5.Leverage HR metrics and monitor key KPIs like attrition, engagement, and satisfaction to provide actionable insights and ensure performance alignment.

Requirements:

1.9-12 years of strong HR experience with hands-on Core HRBP ownership

2.Education from good management institutes(Top Management colleges) preferred.

3.Strong business acumen, critical thinking & problem-solving ability.

4.Exceptional communication, presentation & global stakeholder management skills.

5.Ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
