Associate Director - HR Analytics - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven HR professional to lead Analytics within Talent Acquisition. This role will focus on leveraging data, metrics, and predictive insights to improve recruitment effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making. The individual will work closely with HR leadership and business teams to enable data-driven hiring strategies, optimize recruitment processes, and support long-term workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage HR analytics frameworks for Talent Acquisition.

- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance, Source Effectiveness.

- Use predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs, talent availability, and workforce gaps.

- Provide insights to support employee size planning, headcount forecasting, and strategic workforce planning.

- Build dashboards and reports for leadership to monitor recruitment efficiency and talent pipeline health.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize sourcing channels, recruitment funnel, and candidate experience.

- Conduct market and competitor talent analytics for proactive hiring strategies.

- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) tracking in hiring.

- Collaborate with HRIS/ATS teams to automate data collection and improve recruitment analytics.

- Recommend process improvements and best practices using data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

- 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Analytics / Workforce Planning roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from HR data.

- Expertise in HR Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
